(1) How is agency encoded in the brain, while controlling a game character?
(2) Stages of sleep and visual imagery during sleep, in bonnet macaques.

"Game-playing" tasks (solving 2D mazes) to study brain encoding of agency under reward-contingent conditions. Designed tasks in MonkeyLogic, trained two macaques, and collected neural data from a macaque during some versions of this task - alongside Sudhanshu Bharadwaj.
Demarcated different phases of sleep (REM/NREM) and studied the visual imagery during these phases. Working on publishing this project, as a part of a larger study with other lab members, on naturalistic behaviours in macaques.

Explored transitions between limit cycles using Mirollo-Strogatz coupled oscillators and synaptic plasticity.

Played around with the NEURON software for cellular neurophysiology modeling, alongside reading Johnston and Wu's Foundations of Cellular Neurophysiology.

Google Chrome extension that automatically fills in the "CAPTCHA" form element for IISER Pune's SAM portal (Academic ERP) login form.

Updated Aug' 2024 to v2.0: Updated to use Tesseract.js to perform the OCR locally on the browser, instead of using a free API.
