(1) How is agency encoded in the brain, while controlling a game character? (2) Stages of sleep and visual imagery during sleep, in bonnet macaques.
More?
- "Game-playing" tasks (solving 2D mazes) to study brain encoding of agency under reward-contingent conditions. Designed tasks in MonkeyLogic, trained two macaques, and collected neural data from a macaque during some versions of this task - alongside Sudhanshu Bharadwaj.
- Demarcated different phases of sleep (REM/NREM) and studied the visual imagery during these phases. Working on publishing this project, as a part of a larger study with other lab members, on naturalistic behaviours in macaques.
